SUPER SMOOTHIE

PACKED WITH FRUIT AND VEG

I love making this alongside some eggs on toast in the morning, or as an afternoon snack. I hope you enjoy!⁠

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 banana⁠

1 beetroot (cooked)⁠

1 large handful of berries (fresh/frozen)⁠

1 handful kale/spinach (or both if you fancy it)⁠

1 tbsp nut butter⁠

1 tbsp ground flaxseed⁠

Almond milk⁠

Optional: cinnamon, cacao, protein powder⁠, hemp seeds

METHOD:

  1. Place everything in a blender and blitz until smooth, adding a little extra almond milk/water if you prefer a runnier texture.⁠ Enjoy!
