SUPER SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 banana
1 beetroot (cooked)
1 large handful of berries (fresh/frozen)
1 handful kale/spinach (or both if you fancy it)
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Almond milk
Optional: cinnamon, cacao, protein powder, hemp seeds
METHOD:
Place everything in a blender and blitz until smooth, adding a little extra almond milk/water if you prefer a runnier texture. Enjoy!
