CHOCOLATE ORANGE GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS:
200g oats
150g mixed nuts
100g mixed seeds
120g olive oil/melted coconut oil
180g maple syrup/melted honey
6 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
Zest of 1 orange
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and pour into a baking tray.
Bake for about 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until the nuts and seeds are golden.
