GINGER ENERGY BALLS
INGREDIENTS: MAKES ABOUT 10-12 BALLS
110g pitted dates
70g raw almonds
35g raw cashews/alternative nut
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
METHOD:
Add all the ingredients into a food processor and whizz until well mixed and sticky.
Form even balls with your hands and store in the fridge/freezer until ready to enjoy.
