ZA’ATAR AND CANNELLINI BEAN DIP
INGREDIENTS:
1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
70ml olive oil
1 small garlic clove
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp. Za’atar
METHOD:
Whiz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
