CARDAMOM GRANOLA

THE CARDAMON MAKES THIS SPECIAL

I absolutely love the taste of cardamom and it makes this granola extra special. I like nutty granola but please feel free to add in any other toppings e.g. dried fruits, coconut flakes, spices etc. This will last in an airtight container for weeks. 

 

INGREDIENTS:

135g oats

30g pumpkin seeds

30g sunflower seeds

70g almonds

30g Brazil nuts, roughly chopped

35g olive/coconut oil

60g maple syrup/melted honey

1 tsp cardamom

1 tsp cinnamon 

METHOD:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well coated.

  3. Place in a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden and crisp.
