CARDAMOM GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS:
135g oats
30g pumpkin seeds
30g sunflower seeds
70g almonds
30g Brazil nuts, roughly chopped
35g olive/coconut oil
60g maple syrup/melted honey
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp cinnamon
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well coated.
Place in a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden and crisp.
