These go really well with dips/spreads/nut butters/soups/cheese and even on their own. Once cool, you can store them in an airtight container for over a week.
SMOKEY BUTTER BEANS WITH GARLICKY GREENS
I find this dish incredibly warming and works really well as a base for whatever you have in the fridge or store cupboard. If you would rather not use chorizo, just add in a little extra smoked paprika. Feel free to add in extra veggies and alternative beans/pulses if you have them too.
CHOCOLATE ORANGE COOKIES
I have been baking these non stop for the last few days and delivering them to friends on my daily walk whilst in lockdown. So far, they have had good reviews but do let me know how you get on! I use buckwheat flour but they do work well with other gluten filled and non gluten flours. If you’re not so keen on orange and chocolate together, they taste just as good without.
